- Is it a townhouse or condo or Home Owners Association?
- Is it incomplete construction with no Certificate of Occupancy?
- Can the house be sold for enough to settle all mortgage debts?
- Is there anything about the house that would make it difficult to sell?
- Does the Seller insist on staying in the house even when it's been pointed out to them they will have to vacate if foreclosed?
